Wisc-Online offers an ever-growing library of high-quality educational teaching materials FREE to educators.
This library is kept up to date and changes as new materials are added or existing ones are revised. All of the
content for the learning objects is the intellectual property of Wisc-Online.
Introduction
Fox Valley Technical College maintains fiscal and operational responsibility for Wisc-Online with guidance from
an advisory council that includes representation from all of the colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System.
Wisc-Online offers you access to the Wisc-Online Digital Library in exchange for your agreement to accept and comply
with these terms, conditions, and notices stated here and as may be modified by Wisc-Online from time to time.
Wisc-Online refers to these terms, conditions, and notices, whether modified or unmodified, as the "Agreement" or as the "Terms of Use."
Wisc-Online reserves the right to modify at its sole discretion this Agreement without providing notification.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. By visiting or using any part of the Wisc-Online website,
you are agreeing to the Terms of Use, and you are agreeing that this is a binding contract between Wisc-Online and you.

General Use and Limitations of General Use of the Wisc-Online.com website: Except where we specify otherwise,
Wisc-Online offers you access to the Wisc-Online.com website solely for your personal, non-commercial, and educational uses.

and you or any other person or entity, on the other hand. You agree that if Wisc-Online, in its sole and unfettered discretion,
requests in writing that you remove any link or links to the Wisc-Onlin website, you will promptly do so. You agree that if you
create any link to the Wisc-Online.com website that you will not employ any technology that results in the placement of content
from the Wisc-Online website in a frame and/or a reduced pop-up window and/or any other display mechanism that changes the Wisc-Online.com
website from how it would appear if a user typed in its URL to a typical browser line.

will be forfeited, (3) to access third party services, merchandise, or information on the Internet through Wisc-Online, and Wisc-Online shall have no
responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from lack of
notification.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Wisc-Online and its member organizations harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by you or authorized users of your account, or in connection with the use of the
Service or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software, or other materials on the Internet by you or authorized users
of your account.
Miscellaneous
In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable
law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Wisc-Online’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision
or right. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Wisc-Online may modify this
Agreement from time to time by placing a notice of such modification on Wisc-Online.com, and your continued use of the Service following notice of such
modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must stop using
the Service. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wisc-Online with respect to the Service.
